SALDO means “to join” or “to weld.” SALDO is a labor of love and precision. Grapes sourced from over 100 vineyards, welded together into masterful symphonies. SALDO is Meticulously Made, Effortlessly Enjoyed.
The goal is to produce a Zinfandel that is rich in depth, soft in mouth feel and loaded with red fruit and spice.
Aromas: Ripe blackberries, black currants, pepper spice, dark chocolate and fig paste.
Flavours: The entry is immediately rich and full, with vibrant fruit and spice and a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft, round tannins.
Composition: Zinfandel (78%), Petite Sirah (13%), Syrah (5%), Primitivo (3%), Pinot Noir (1%)
Aging: Aged 9 months in barrel, New 15% American, 15% European Oak
ABV: 15.30%
